Thank you all for your caring thoughts.

So sorry that I have not een on here for so long. I did read them but somehow was not able to respond.

This year New Year's Eve was actually ok.

The run up to it was dreadful, the fear of remembering how awful last year was. But actually it was ok.

I took some yellow roses down to his rock at the beach. Sat and chatted to him for a while and listened to some music on my ipod.
When I was ready my friend picked me up and I went to hers for a cup of tea and just a general chat. About how we bth miss Tony, about how her boys are doing and the rest.

Went to bed at 8:30

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy
