To whom it may concern!

Please do not suggest to another member that since they are not progressing at the same rate as another that there must be something wrong with them.

There is no time frame on grief. We all move along at our own pace.

Sharing feelings of pain, sadness and frustration are normal. These are not negative feelings.

These boards have always been a refuge for those expressing their pain from their loss and lately there are members who have been hesitant to share in the fear that they will be judged.

This board is called "Grief & Healing" and that is exactly what takes place here and if someone is uncomfortable reading honest feelings shared due to another's great pain, then maybe we're not the board you should be a member of.

Any posts containing the suggestions mentioned in this message will be deleted immediately. There will be no further warnings!

Written out of love and respect for our members who are in great pain and struggling to find their way back to life again.
