Thanks, Terry!!   It was actually a much better day than I expected, I had almost a sense of relief, having made it through the first year.  I was very busy, getting my daughter ready to go away to college, so didnt have a lot of time to think, but the few weeks leading up were worse, as I almost felt I was reliving last year.  I thought of her, of course, but rather than feeling sad, I wished her a happy angel birthday, and went on with my day!

Scottieanne, I agree that the weeks leading up to their dates, that anticipation is much worse than the actual date. Thanks so much for sharing your day! Was thinking of you! :)
