Thanks, and especially to Terry for reminding me of the bracelet. I needed that reminder.

Today was not bad, even good at times, but went south tonight. The new bike was delivered this afternoon so I took her for a run as soon as I finished with work. That was the good part. Because Kit and I enjoyed riding together I took the fact that they delivered the new bike today as a sign.

Then I started listening to music ... which got me thinking about how she should be here, celebrating our anniversary together... which brought on the dark thoughts ... which led to the pouring of scotch ... music selections taking on a much sadder tone.

Aw, you're so welcome, John. I wore the bracelet where it could be read and Kit's name was spoken out loud at least 20 times on your anniversary! Everyone asked me who she was and I told them she is a friend's wife that died and it is their anniversary. I also shared the story behind the bracelet and there were some tears and a lot of amazement. They all sent their love and wishes for a peaceful day! (your ears HAD to be ringing!) I know Kit was smiling.

I agree that it was a sign, the bike being delivered on your special day.

Terry

Sorry I missed the day. xxxx
