Apologies for the down time
« on: June 10, 2011, 08:40:29 AM »
My apologies for the down time.  The site was hacked last night and it took me a good deal of time to bring it up again.  I think things are all set.  It is nothing for you to worry over.  It was obviously hackers that tried to redirect traffic from webhealing to their choice of sites.  It is fixed at this point and all should be back to normal.

The way the hackers got in was likely the chat program.  I have now disabled it. I prefer to keep the boards and site running free and in order to do this I think we will have to sacrifice the chat for now.  It won't be long until the newest version of this software comes out and when it does we will find a new chat for those who are interested.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks, Tom for getting us back up and running! Although the Solar Flares weren't supposed to have that great an impact on our continent, we still experienced an alarming satellite down time here and even the airlines were on alert. All communications were vulnerable and since the density of the atmosphere is still very thick, it's effects are still lingering.

I know we would survive it, but hard to think of our high tech world shut down! eeek!!

Hugs,
Terry
