My baby sister took her own life.

On reasons for my living....

This place is the only place where I can share some of my thoughts now. I try to reason with myself that life is worth living...but it isn't. Not when you have seen almost all of your family gone right before eyes, and having to bury them as well.

My condolences to you for the loss of your sister. Since my son completed suicide, I do not want to go on, but I wake up each day. However, I will not commit suicide because I do not want my loved ones to feel even worse after the loss of my son. Today is his birthday, and he would have turned forty. Sometimes the pain from the loss seems worse as time goes on which I figure may be the shock wearing off.

Having a place like this to express feelings brings some comfort.
