Hello from Washington state
« on: January 09, 2009, 03:15:32 PM »
I'm here and okay, my grandaughter is so precious and even more beautiful than ever, which i had not thought was possible. Everyone is happy to see me, which really felt nice.
I want to thank all of you who wished me well on my esc...uh, trip.
I do the same thing every time I come up here, I look for my Dan. How stupid is that. I cry all the time when I'm alone...no child should be dead befor their parent(s), and no child should have to become accustomed to losing her daddy.
it is so wrong.

I'll do my best to keep you all informed.
Much love,
Annie (Dans mom)

Hi Annie:  I am glad you are with family and safe.  Since I don't know much about you I am guessing that Dan lived with or near you in Washington State.  Is your grandchild his child?  You might have written all of this and I may have missed it.  Anyway, I hope that your time away from your "houseguests" helps you decide if you want to return to your home while they are still there.  If you do, I hope that you put your foot down and let your stepson know that you will not tolerate his behavior toward you.  I would also put my two cents in and find out exactly where your husband stands... if he is troubled by the way his son treats you and if he is troubled, what will he do about it.  If I am overstepping my bounds, it is because I care and worry about a woman who is being mistreated, to say it mildly. Dan is a very goodlooking man... he reminds me of Josh Grobin, the singer.  I hope being away gives you the strength that you need to do the things that you need.

(((((Annie)))))

I'm so glad to hear you're in a 'better' place right now. It's what you needed for yourself.

I understand your looking for Dan and I know how hard that is. Rest and take very good care of yourself and know that Dan is always with you.

Love,
Terry

I understand thinking of Dan, not stupid at all, just missing and loving him. Times alone I find myself doing that.

Glad you made it safe, enjoy your granddaughter and take care of you.
