When chris died i want him and every one know how my family and i felt so i set out for this to be my task and read it out at the funeral, this is what i read out in front of over 200 people it was very hard but i done it.
I would like to share it with you.

Chris you were an amazing man, one in a million with a heart of gold.

Helping anyone on your way through touched so many people.

Always having time to lend a hand.

Always a double act you and our dad, or as you would say him indoors.

You are all around us with work that you have done, you took pride and care in all that you made.

Looking up to the ceiling and down to the floor, eye to the windows out the the lawn and up to the wall.

You are everywhere.

You were a gentle gaint loving and giving.

Playing with the children nephews and nieces.

Mending their bikes or mending our cars, converting a loft or changing a lock, nothing was too much trouble any time day or night.

Leading the scouts on hikes and at camps,
Sharing you time and knowledge respected by so many.
Sorting out problems before you went swimming your favourite hobby.
Giving a lift and stopping a leak, replacing a roof. You never stopped

Buying unusual gifts and giving you last penny.

So tragic you left us broken hearted we are.

We will never get over you leaving so soon.

A devoted son, brother, uncle and friend.

What a great remembrance of your brother. You really show your love for him thru your words. My thoughts and prayers are with you. You'll make it thru this pain and hurt. Just give it time.
