Paula thinking of you and Christian on his 18th birthday.  On Donny's 18th birthday we took him out for dinner.  I told him at dinner, "Thank God now your 18 and not my worry (legally) anymore".  Of course I was just kidding because even now I worry about him.

May Christian find Donny and they can share stories.

Happy 18th Birthday to Christian.  My daughter got her tatoo on her birthday (I didn't really want her to, but oh well)  I think we took her out for dinner too.

Paula - sorry I am late in saying Happy Heavenly 18th birthday to Christian!.. we were traveling this weekend and I was not near a computer.. I hope you feel him so very close to you..

We spent Christopher's 18th birthday ringing bells for Salvation Army and have continued the tradition on his birthday since (Dec. 1st).. we imagined how much he would have grown and matured in that year (he died just three weeks before his 17th birthday).. all the things he would have done that he wanted to like getting his license and taking his girlfriend to the junior prom.. that he would have been in the midst of his senior year of high school.. looking forward to graduation and going to college..

I hope that all our kids were helping Christian celebrate... I know Chris was always up for a party! lol..

While I don't remember Christian's birthdays specifically - as we probably weren't there - I do remember how much he loved us all being together and how much he loved cake !!!!

I remember the day he was born - how fearful we were - and then how happy we were when he finally came home.  He was such a cute toddler - and he and Mac were just so funny together.  And his two big brothers always protecting him.  Christian was a wonderful son, nephew, brother, cousin, grandchild.  His gentle way, his adorable little grin, his quiet sense of humor and that infectious giggle.

I have to comfort myself believing that he is running with the angels - but how I miss him here on earth. 

And how much I love you my dear little sister, and how I pray every day that you find some moments of peace in all the pain, and how I hope you know that I would do anything for you and that I ache right next to you and hug you in my heart every minute of every day.

Sorry I'm late but have had trouble getting on the board... Happy heavenly 18th birthday Christian..... Taylor didn't make it to 18 , don't know what we would have done, hurts too much to imagine.
