Thank you so much everyone for your thoughts and love.  It has been a very difficult and painful day.  We went to the cemetary will helium balloons, flowers and some nice "I love you" stuff.  Everyone wrote a message to Micheal on a balloon and then we let them go all at once.  On one hand, it felt good to do something, but on the other hand, it made it one of those days when you can't pretend it isn't real....
