So sorry for your loss.

You have definitely found the right place as there are many here who truly understand.

I suddenly lost my wife of 16 years from what was supposed to be a routine surgery while going through treatment for breast cancer.

I also wanted answers and did not get them, as the staff there did an investigation into what may have caused her passing and they couldn't figure it out. So I guess I dd get an answer, it just wasn't any help in this case.

Most people mean well when they say those things, and they can't possibly understand this grief and pain unless they had gone through it themselves. It hurts, but it does help me a little to think of that.

Take one day, or even one moment at a time.

Hi Zylen..I found your response to my post to be inspiring..it really helped me!! That's why I posted this whole thread on my fridge!
It didn't sound "hard" to me at all. Again thanks for your responses!!

That really means a lot to me and you just made my day :)

Thank you, Arthur :)

First I want to apologize if my response sounded hard. Someone else who posts on the boards here didn't like it and told me to 'live life if i wanted to see light'. I told them that you would get what I meant, but if not then I apologize.

Getting a 'live life' coming from where it did made me feel like I hit rock bottom, but it may work for you.
And honestly, I think everyone here is trying to figure how to 'live life' again anyway.

Hoping your days are brighter,

Wasn't sure where to put this.

If I delete my account would that also delete all of the posts I made?

I know exactly where you're coming from.

Is there a light or just bigger lies one tells oneself? I'm still waiting for that mythical day.

As for the weekends....yeah.

Take care ((((((((Arthur))))))))

Sorry for your loss. You have definitely come to the right place with so many wonderful and supportive people here.

And we truly do understand those feelings and doubt and all the second guessing of what could or should have been.

One second at a time is really the best advice, otherwise it's very easy to get overwhelmed.

Big hugs to you,

TY Terry ((((((((((((Terry)))))))))))))  :love4:

Am I the only one noticing that browneyedgirl is not around?? It's been over a month since her last post O_o

I hope she is ok and is just taking a very much needed 'vacation' from the internet. She has been nothing but loving and caring to everyone here.

Hugs and love to her wherever she is ((((((((((((((Pam))))))))))))))))))))  :love4:

Thank you for such a wonderful response :) It really made my night :)

I'm very grateful to know that you appreciate me.

I don't think I'm going 'anywhere', no matter how badly I pray for it. And for you to give me such a beautiful message does give me hope that I am doing something right :)

Thank you again,

With huge love and hugs and gratitude from me, and an always wagging tail from the ever loving and happy Rowan ;)
