I know its a touchy subject and I dont mean to cause any bad memories, but lots of you have asked for updates. I had a regular check up today and all seems well I am just a few weeks away from the half way mark. Ive gained 4 lbs, but it looks like lots more!!!Since this is my 5th pregnancy my body definately changed far quicker. Ive got a baby bump and I am at the point where my maternity clothes are going to have to come out. Anyway, all looks good the babys heart rate today was 151 and strong. I will have my complete ultrasound on July 17 hopefully we will know then if we are having a Landon or a Sophia/Chloe (havent decided on the girls name yet).
Just thought I should post this here instead of trying to e mail everyone back individually. I hope no one takes offense to this.
Sending strength and peace.

Melissa,
Great news!!!! I am excited for you. I love the names and drawn to Chloe since I have a little 6 month old twin granddaughter named Chloe...she just lights up the room when she comes in. Her twin's name is Chad.
Thanks for the update,

the names are ones I would pick. Chloe is my fav. but I also like Charlotte, which the female version of Charles. You could nick name her "web" from Charlottes web and from webhealing. ;D
or not. but maybe Sophia Charlotte or Charlotte Sophia. ???
I just love naming babies.
Congtatulations.
I cant wait to hear what we're having!

Congratulations on the newest edition to your family. I agree the older you are the quicker it seems our bodies change when we are pregnant.

Hi Melissa ~
Just read your post and I too love your name choices . . . of course I'm hoping you have a boy because "Landon" would be awesome !!! Not that I'm biased or anything!!! ;) When I was pregnant with Landon, we didn't have a clue what we were going to name him. Well, I used to watch "Little House on the Prairie" every morning before work and had a dream one night with Michael Landon in it. When I woke up, I told my husband, "Why don't we name him Landon?" and that's how our little guy got his name!!
As for a girls name, I like Chloe but haven't met any Sophia's yet so that might be a neat name to choose.
Can't wait to find out the news on what you're having . . . good luck & let us all know what you're having when you find out k??? Take care of yourself . . .
Landon's Mom forever,
Shelly
