I was reading over your recommended books and just felt I would like to mention a book I have been reading by Raymond Moody and Dianne Arcangel. The book is 'Life after loss' I actually found this site from a link in the book as a suggested support line. I am thankful that I found the link, I have found this book helpful and I feel it has been a like a friend to me in my lost moments. I hope this book may help someone else and bring them some guidance and comfort. The authors share testaments and reflections of those who have experienced grief and loss.

I also read "Life After Loss" and found it very helpful. I had gone to the library and looked up 'grief" and that was one of the books there. I ended up with four books but really liked that one.
