Grief not related to deaths / Loneliness

I'm new here, and I'm on many forums. Thought I would sign up and get things off my chest.
I used to have a few online friends but they started to drift away and make their replies short. When people open up and then shut me out that always hurts me, and I've done nothing to them. I'm bipolar, on medication, and I cried for two hours last night since I had bottled up a lot. I have cerebral palsy as well and people judge me for not being perfect.
I have a boyfriend, and we are long distance, but he's so attentive and sweet - I just wish I had a few more female friends I could connect with.
