I just lost the love of my life

I have no idea how to deal with the sudden death of my dear girlfriend, Carolina. She was everything to me. She was my guiding light. Why did she leave me this way?  Someone please help me.

Dear Allen -  I am sorry for your loss and certainly understand your pain.  I lost my fiancee suddenly on 11-14-05.  The initial shock of it all sends our body and our mind into a horrible spin.  I can tell you that this website has helped me tremendously thru the grief.  People here really do understand because we have all lost someone we love.  Sometimes I would just vent and the responses from caring people help.  I wish you peace and support during this difficult journey.  Big Hugs and warm thoughts.  Trisho

I know how you feel, I to have lost the love of my life.

He was killed in a fatal road traffic acident 6 months ago.

I seem to have lost days, weeks and months in grief. It still feels like only yesterday and the pain gets hard to bear. My heart breaks that bit more everyday. There isnt a second goes by that I dont thibk of him and see him in my mind.

I certainly dont have the answers as I am lost myself but your not alone.
