Losing it

Since Halloween I have been have such a hard time. I can't seem to ease the pain for a short period of time like I was being able to do. I have been able to keep it together on the outside for others to see but inside I feel myself slowly losing it and I just don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice on what might help?

Hi Gail ~ I wish that I had an answer for you....but I don't. Step by step day by day, baby steps. I know it has only been a year....give your self time and keep plugging away, one day, the pain will ease, it will never fully be gone, but I hear that it gets a little easier.
Sending you strength.

Thinking of you Gail, keep taking it slowly. Like Browneyedgirl said, baby steps. We all understand and care.
Wishing you peace.

((((( Gail )))))
Please know I'm thinking about you, always, knowing how long a process this is. Just being able to accept the fact that they are not coming back, is heartbreaking.
One day at a time. Sometimes, a second at a time.
Remember, this is the most difficult time of the year for most of us. I like to hide under my quilt until the Holiday's and all other dates have passed. (A girl can dream!)
Love you and sending you a big, big hug,
Terry
