The title may sound as if it is only for those who have lost a spouse.  But it is not.  It is for anyone who has not only lost a spouse but also those who have lost a sibling you were close to or even a close friend.  It is a very light reader but at the same time very deep, healing and comforting.  It really helps you to understand that the feelings and emotions  that you have already had are normal and how to deal with them.  And it gives you a heads-up on the feelings and emotions that are still to come and how to prepare for them.
