Recommended Grief Books

I am hoping that this forum can act as a place for people to recommend the grief books that have been most helpful to them.  I am guessing that each topic can be a different book.  The title for the topic might have a the population it could help (general, children, child loss, widowhood, men, women, teens etc) and then the title of the book.  I will try and do one and we can see how we like it and adjust as we go.  For each of the books I will add a link to amazon for those to purchase the books if they would like.

Let me know on the feedback thread what you think and your ideas about how to improve things.  Thanks
