My brother died in Feb. of this year. We were told as family about 4 years ago. He would only live about 4 years. The Dr.s were right.

. I wish I could still do that with my brother. I
do miss him, he was my best friend. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of him.
Even when the Doctor's warn you it could be anytime. No time is ever the right
time. Knowing its going to happen does not make it easier when it does.
Or at least it didn't for me. What it did help to do was get as many I love yous in as possible.
One thing I wish I had thought of before he died and done or made sure I had and didn't was just his voice even if only on an answering machine. Sadly I didn't know he was going to die when he did. We all tried to put the thought out of his death out of minds. When he died he was actually somewhat doing better, he had just came home from the hospital.
Just a thought for you to keep a simple recording of her voice. There are times I just want to hear my big brother's voice so bad ...............
