Hi,
I'm grieving the loss of my daughter for the second time. The first time I lost her was to adoption. I relinquished my rights to parent her. I hoped that some day she would find me.
When she turned 18, I contacted the agency that I placed her with and gave them my current contact information.
In 2003, she found me. After two short months of reunion, she pulled back from me. I have tried to stay in contact, but I have to send cards to her adoptive parents' address. I don't have her current address and she doesn't respond to any of my cards and letters.
So I feel that I have lost her again.

Virgo,
Welcome, and I am so very sorry for your double loss. How painful it must be to not know where she is.
We have a special board for support and stories such as yours. Please visit our nondeath board to post more about your struggles.
Welcome and i am so glad you found us, yet so sorry you have a reason to be here, like the rest of us.
Lauren
