My husband died 3 and 1/2 years ago. I spread his ashes in a locaal stream, because that is what he wished. I can visit him often because I love the outdoors, bu his mother who is old and fragile cannot. I recently made a scrapbook of his life for her and I am looking for the right words to pu twith the photos of the stream. Does anyone know of a good web site for poems , about not having a grave to visit?

I didnt find anything specific about that  but I did find this poem.  You might want to try willowgreen.com for some awesome things there.
I did a scrap book for myself when my mom died and I love mine.   I look at it now and then.  What a wonderful gift for your mother in law.

Welcome to our websight.

If Death is Kind

Perhaps if death is kind, and there can be returning,
We will come back to earth some fragrant night,
And take these lanes to find the sea, and bending
Breathe the same honeysuckle, low and white.

We will come down at night to these resounding beaches
And the long gentle thunder of the sea,
Here for a single hour in the wide starlight
We shall be happy, for the dead are free.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband! You are so sweet to do this for his mom - I found a poem after my nephew died that I liked so much I have it as my desktop on my computer - you and she may find it comforting I hope

I shall remember you for as long
As there are fields of snow
And there are flowers in the ground
With strength to grow
As long as there are stars above
And moonbeams on the sea
And just as long as there are songs
Of love and memory
I shall remember you today
And dream of you tonight
And look for you tomorrow when
The sun begins to light
Whatever season, month or year
This much will be the same
The only sound of joy will be
The mention of your name
I shall remember you for as long
As there are earth and sky
And all eternity
May take to say goodbye

luv and hugs, Karen
