hi my name is lisa, i am 34 and i lost my friend Jim (he was to suicide on July 14, 2007.  im so sad i can't breathe.  i just wish i could have him back.  i just wish i could tell him how much i love and care about him.  he was an amazing person... *cry* i dont know what else to say at this time...

Please go ahead and tell him how you feel. Just because you can't see him doesn't mean he's not around!  The first stages of grief does make it hard to breathe. Hang in there and come back and talk. Suicide adds another layer to grief and gives us something else to have to accept. It's not easy, but can be done.

Im so sorry for loosing a friend to suicide.  That brings on some confusion I'm sure and  can complicate grief bc of all of the unspoken things that still need to be said, questions still unanswered.  

Thank you for introducing yourself here.   Please continue to post your feelings and story on our main board.  There are a few people on there who have also lost a loved one to suicide.  Just start a new post like you did here.  

I'm so glad you found us. I hope you find comfort here.
