Helen,

That is wonderful news, congratulations, a baby always brings newfound joy to a family, usually at the most difficult times.  When my Mom passed away three years ago, my nephew had a baby girl three days before, they named her after my Mom "Jae-Lynn" (my mom's name was Judith Lynn) and she has brought so much comfort and joy to my Dad.  I don't think he would've made it without her!  Cheesy

Take care,

Landon's Mom forever,

Hey hummingbird, Sorry to hear about your divorce. I know after my brother died, my husband and I started having problems too. I am 32 and have 3 children that are 7, 6, and 4. I was just wandering how old your nephew is. We have been having to battle with my brothers 2 wives for seeing our nephews. I'm just envious that you have a good relationship with your nephew and can enjoy seeing him bring a new baby into this world. I can only pray that the future holds that for us with our nephews. They are only 10 and 3 though so we have a ways to go. I have a feeling it is going to take a long time get to that point anyway. Congratulations on the new baby!

That is some great news.  It is so wonderful to be an aunt and a great aunt is super wonderful.  I have 2 great nieces.  I have been blessed with 3 grandbabies born during the month of November.  They bring such joy into the family.

My prayers for a happy healthy baby.

There are many times in my life, when I have seen that the birth of a new child into the world, has given hope, where there was none. We all know that saying that "babies are God's way of saying that life should go on." It certainly helps us to look to the future, as well as to embrace the present moment. Lonnie
