  Buy this book at amazon

This book is one that I still return to now and then.    I found it very helpful.

The Orphaned Adult was also a helpful book.

But it took me awhile before i was able to pick up a book. For some people, reading makes the pain more intense.  But for others,  it helps normalize the event.  I went through both phases.   I'm glad I read the books though.

I read this book a long time ago and found it very insightful. I think I checked it out from the local library. They have quite a selection of books on grief and bereavement.

i read this too. try A Mother Loss Workbook, healing exercises for daughters.  no matter how old you are or how long ago you lost her, it's good for all.
